The one thing about a short engagement is that you have to squeeze a lot in. Andrew and I had our engagement shoot right after my first bridal shower and in my parent's front yard. Simple.

I have to say how fun it is getting to know a man! I mean, I grew up with sisters so this world of x-boxes (or is it a GameCube, Andrew???), zombie movies and everything else boy is all new to me! We see the world differently, which is a good thing because we balance each other out. So when I saw this, it just made sense. :) credit from this website... one I happened upon while blog hopping.

Let them eat cake

It's no surprise that Al, Gin & I LOVE wedding cake. It might be the one thing we look forward to most when going to wedding receptions. It's quite unfortunate that we've just recently started this tradition of feeding each other wedding cake because we've all three been to many weddings together over the years. I'm sure in the beginning people thought we were nuts but hopefully we'll continue the tradition because it's one of my favorites!
