I never want to forget the fact that I used to live too far away to come home for simple celebrations. This weekend we had a little party for me and my Dad. It was so fun to have a family dinner where we said things like, "don't sleep on the apples" or "of all things!" repeatedly which would cause us to erupt in laughter. I think Andrew is getting used to the fact that when we're all together, it can get pretty loud.
